There are moments in life when everything we have lived, learned, survived, and softened into begins to take shape in a new way. Moments when the inner work becomes something bigger than us. Moments when our healing turns into a doorway for connection.
This is one of those moments for me.
I am so excited to share that my newest project, Don’t Trip on Your Cape, is officially here. It is a podcast created straight from the heart, built on years of learning how to become myself, how to tell the truth, and how to love the parts of me I once tried to hide.
If you have followed my journey, you know that I believe in going first.I believe in saying the uncomfortable things.I believe in naming the quiet truths inside us.I believe in putting love back into the world in every way I can.
This podcast is an extension of all of that.
And I did not create it alone. One of the most important people in my life is my best friend, Leslie. Many of you already know her wisdom, her grounding presence, her heart, and the way she can hold space like few people can. I love her with my whole being, and I am honored to create this with her. Our conversations together have shaped me in ways I never expected, and this podcast is a space where we invite you into that same energy of honesty, curiosity, and growth.
The first three episodes are live right now. They are simply an introduction to who we are and how this came to be. Leslie interviews me, I interview her, and we let you into the real story behind the podcast and the work we are doing in the world.
If you have ever felt yourself changing faster than your life can keep up, or if you have ever wished someone would say the thing you have been afraid to say out loud, this podcast is for you. If you have ever felt a pull toward something more honest, more loving, more aligned, this space is for you too.
My hope is that these conversations help you feel less alone. My hope is that they remind you that your cape was never the problem. My hope is that they help you step more fully into the human being you already are, which is a human being with love.
You can listen to the first episodes now, and I would love to have you join us. Here is the link to the podcast: www.DontTripOnYourCape.com
Thank you for being here.Thank you for walking this journey with me.Thank you for letting me share my heart with you.
With love,
Alex 🫶🏻
