Don’t Trip on Your Cape is one of the most meaningful spaces I have ever created. It grew out of the honest, vulnerable, and often transformative conversations I have shared with my best friend, Leslie. Many of you already know her wisdom and the grounding presence she brings to every moment. Together, we built a place where we can show up authentically, explore what it means to become ourselves, and speak openly about the lessons life keeps offering us.

This podcast is an extension of everything I believe in. It is a place for truth, for growth, for courage, and for love. It is for anyone who is learning to step into their own power, anyone who is curious about who they are becoming, and anyone who is ready to stop tripping over their cape and start wearing it with confidence.
